Robert “Bobby” Mendoza is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate . Bobby manages Victory Real Estate Group extensive and substantial retail portfolio. In addition to the management and oversight of existing properties, Mr. Mendoza is also in charge with and responsible for new retail development projects throughout the Southwest, Western and Southeastern regions of the United States. Bobby has significant experience in all aspects of the real estate development, with a specific emphasis on the critical functions of site selection and development. In his current role, Bobby supports Victory Real Estate Group and its owner/CEO with, among many other things, the development pipeline, which currently consists of over 5 million square feet of property that is owned, managed and/or under development at Victory.

Prior to joining Victory Group in 2018, Bobby spent 5 years as Vice President of Real Estate withGuggenheim Retail Real Estate Partners where he managed national growth programs, specializing in Build-to-Suit development. While at Guggenheim Bobby completed over$500,000,000 of Build-to-Suit transactions and $150,000,000 of larger retail developments.Notable tenants with whom Bobby has experience and deep relationships include, but is not limited to, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Jiffy Lube, 7-Eleven, O’Reilly AutoParts, The Learning Experience, and Firestone among others.Bobby started his career with LRS Real Estate Services, a boutique Dallas real estate firm, servingas the master broker and development project manager for Hispanic retailers growing across and throughout the United States and Mexico.

The largest tenant-representation client was FAMSA,Inc. who grew from 22 to 54 retail locations less than two years (Fall of 2006 to Spring of 2008)under Bobby’s guidance and leadership.Bobby is an active member of ICSC and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M Universityin College Station, Texas. He married with three children and enjoys playing golf when notworking to expand Victory’s footprint in Texas and across the United States.
