Environment

We prioritize environmental responsibility when constructing our properties, taking into account their carbon footprint and implementing measures to manage energy consumption, water usage, and waste in a responsible manner. Our team is continually searching for innovative solutions to enhance our role as caretakers of the environment.

Social

Our emphasis is on community revitalization and tenant impact, with a goal of maximizing the non-monetary value that our buildings bring to specific communities. We design our properties with social awareness in mind, prioritizing community goals and values to ensure a positive impact on the surrounding areas.

Governance

At Victory, we prioritize transparency, philanthropy, and community outreach with the help of our diverse team and fluid management structure. Our approach to good governance is centered on stewardship rather than ownership, as we strive to maintain regulatory compliance while implementing a clear long-term strategy with a focus on the community.

Community Impact

People Focus

At Victory, we understand that the life of a city doesn't run on spreadsheets alone. That's why each project we take on is approached with the goal of achieving an optimal balance between regeneration and innovation, thereby creating a positive ripple effect that benefits both existing residents and incoming investors alike. By pushing for progress and prosperity hand in hand, we strive to foster eco-friendly and equitable cities – because when it comes to leaving our mark on communities around the country, money isn't everything.

Neighborhood Focus

We strive that neighborhoods are made better as the result of a development project being located there: job creation, adding neighborhood resources that didn’t exist before and health infrastructure.

While these projects are making a real difference in our cities, the more projects that introduce social impact components, the more we can work together to address unemployment, food insecurity, homelessness, and rising rents.

Social impact and commercial real estate can be a way for DFW and other big metroplex areas to help change its commercial development narrative from being over-taxed and over-regulated to one of being innovative, positioning itself for long-term and sustainable growth, encouraging smart development, and creating dialogues between commercial developers and its communities.
