Constructionto commence on mixed-use development in 2015
Victory Real Estate Group, a commercial development and investment firm based in Dallas,has recently secured a 22-acre tract of land at Alliance Town Center, located in Fort Worth. Victory plans to begin construction immediately on Victory at Alliance, which includes a big-box, junior box, small shop and medical retailers, as well as pad sites. The project is slated for completion by the end of 2015.
Victory at Alliance is located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Heritage Trace Parkway in Fort Worth, just west of Keller, Texas. Alliance Town Center is part of the 18,000-acre Alliance Texas development, anchored by Best Buy, Belk, JCPenny, Sam Moon and more.
“The access and visibility of this site is ideal,” said Tony Ramji, chief executive officer and president of Victory Real Estate Group. “We’re thrilled about the opportunity to develop the Victory at Alliance project.”
Victory is scheduled to close on the acreage by mid-June. David Davidson Jr. and Edward Bogel of David and Bogel Real Estate, represented Victory Real Estate Group in the deal.
